How can I report a problem from my desktop/laptop?

Click on the“Help and Support” icon, as shown below.

In the popup that appears,select your problemfrom the categories listed. Then, click on“Next”.
NOTE: If your problem isn’t listed, you can select“Other”.

On the next screen, provide a detailed description of the problem. It will help us understand what you’re experiencing so we can figure out what’s going wrong and respond with a solution. Please provide the following details:

After filling in the details, click on“Submit”.
Once your report is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message. Our Support staff will contact you at your email address once we have a solution.
How can I report a problem from my mobile/tablet?

Click on the“Help and Support” icon (“?”).

On the next screen,select your problemfrom the categories listed. If it isn’t listed here, click on“Other”. After selecting an option, click on“Next”.

You will then be asked for more information. Please provide the following details:

- On the next page explain the problem in detail and ensure that the box next to“Run a diagnostic report”is checked. Then, click on“Submit”.
After your report is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message. Our Support staff will contact you at your email address once we have a solution for you.
